That Baby DVD and CD

Bumper is a dancer. One of her first words was dance and it's something she has been doing all her life, starting in my arms when she was a baby.

Most of the time we have danced to my music selection with dashes of Cat Stevens and ABBA because most children's music made my ears bleed.

Yet ever since she started making her own demands known with words instead of cries, I've discovered she likes children's music and wants to listen to it all the time (or maybe she wants to punish me - who really knows?). So I've had to find listenable children's music. It's been difficult but not impossible and now I have a small library of really fun and danceable tunes.

My most recent acquisition came from the Parent Bloggers Network. That Baby DVD and That Baby CD cover rock classics with accompanying videos for the baby to age five set. Bumper loves watching and dancing along with the kids and the videos on the DVD are all set to acoustic covers of groups like 10,000 maniacs, The Pretenders (my personal fav), and Peter Paul and Mary, to name a few.

If I had to pick a favourite video it would be Happiness Runs (Donovan) and Circle Game (Joni Mitchell) combination - nice images and graphics which perfectly complimented the song. Bumper's would be the Sunday Sun (Neil Diamond) - watching kids at the playground makes her happy. If you want to check out some of the the music and see some of the videos check out this link.

Another couple of cool things about That Baby DVD and CD are the return & replacement policies. Don't like it? Return it - no questions asked. It also comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee if it gets scratched or somehow ruined. Which is super cool if - for example - your toddler has discovered how to open the DVD player and enjoys using DVDs at tea parties (or at least that's what she is doing with them this week). Oh and readers of my review can also get 20% off use this coupon code when ordering: PBN

So if you are looking for music both you and the little ones will enjoy, I can recommend the very easy on the ears That Baby DVD and CD because it didn't make my ears bleed, I actually like listening to it, and Bumper likes to dance and sing along. Just what I need for her growing music library.
