Get your pinkies raised and ready folks:
Tea time is all the time - and it's great for your health.
"Raised" (ha!) in a family of tea drinkers, I started my tea habit at a young age. Tea was one of the first things offered when you woke up or walked through the door at the end of the day. Sparing you all the sappy details, my memories and associations with tea are all positive.
So it's relief to know that something I've indulged in for years is actually good for me (because I was really wrong about the smokes and beer).
The Parent Bloggers Network sent me a copy of the new diet book The Ultimate Tea Diet by Mark "dr. tea" Ukra which not only instructs on how to lose weight while drinking tea and sensible diet, but also provides an extensive background in the history, production, types, and of course, health benefits of tea. The book includes many interesting and informative chapters, which include heaps of research to back up the positive rewards of drinking tea.
The book has a supportive, positive tone and offers some good self-examination exercises/questions that help the reader reflect on how ready they are for this diet. Which is a good thing because I must be honest: it's not that the diet is difficult... well it is in the way that I can't give up my (multiple) morning coffee(s) which means I'm not starting this diet until Spring and the sun is up before me. Just can't shake the coffee just yet.
What I liked about this diet book compared to others is: the tea diet does not require any gimmicks (unless you find drinking tea gimmicky - and in that case, the people of England want to set you straight), no overpriced product, or new gadgets/appliances.
In preparation for actually attempting this diet in a few months (after hibernation), I tried out new teas and broke from my usual Orange Pekeo. First I tried a White Tea which was very light, and then an Wild Sweet Orange which I'm keeping around (and I'm going to make cold next pot).
Everything from selecting what tea will work with you, which carry the health benefits, and how to brew are outlined in the book. And there are recipes in the book - yes - you can cook with tea - who would have thunk it? Not me, but now me.

I agree with you about these. Heavy equipment are booming right now. You might be interested to see this site I've found. They offer a lot of heavy equipment: Caterpillar, Hitachi, backhoe loaders, excavators, and many more. www.komatpillar.com
